Brown Hares in Surrey

We are carrying out a survey to find out where in the county brown hares are found. This project is being supported by Natural England and carried out by FWAG (Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group).

The brown hare project will identify where the mammal has its strong-holds in Surrey and will then look towards offering advice on management in and around these areas.
